SHIPPING
All jewelry is handmade in my San Francisco studio. If pieces are in stock they can be shipped out within four business days. Otherwise please allow for up to two weeks. If you are in a rush, please send a note and I will do my best to get you what you need when you need it.
All jewelry pieces are shipped in a gift box. If you'd like me to enclose a special note or do anything else to make the package arrive as you'd like, simply let me know.
I ship within the United States via USPS Priority or Express mail. If you prefer a different option, need expedited or international shipping please contact me before placing your order. If you need a signature confirmation please specify that in your notes when ordering.

RETURNS
I take great care in the making, photographing and describing of each piece and my goal is to make jewelry that is loved for a lifetime, but please note the handmade nature of my work means that some slight variations occur. At this time I do not offer refunds, but do happily offer exchanges or store credit for orders returned in original condition within 14 days of delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about a piece of jewelry you are considering, I encourage you to email me. I’d be happy to answer any questions that you have. If a piece breaks, you need a new size or length adjustment I am here for you (although some fees may apply).
